Tracing – We have an internal tracing department and provide our clients with free tracing services. Through tracing, we are able to establish contact with absconding debtors, and also determine a debtor’s true financial status before contact is made.

Contacting of debtors via SMS’s, telephone calls and emails.

Negotiating settlements and payment arrangements.

Keeping in constant contact with debtors and sending payment reminders them to ensure timeous payment.

Closely monitoring payments so that quick action can be taken in the event of non-payment.

Reporting and/or making recommendations to you on debt handed over.

Our collection fees are simple: we only charge for what we successfully recover. In other words, we operate on a “NO COLLECTION – NO COMMISION” basis
